Exciting News!!

Over the Labor Day weekend we had some second showings, to two different couples,  on our current house.  We received an offer from one of the couples on Monday!!!  After a couple of days of negotiating, we signed a contract!!  We have 45 days to close and the couple was gracious enough to give us an extra 7 days to move out.  Our new house may or may not be ready, though.  It will be close enough that we can move stuff into the garage and we may be living in a hotel for a week.  Although that will be a pain ( we have a dog), I am so thankful to have that "sale pending" sign in my yard and to NOT have to show the house any more.  Now I can focus on packing!!
